HATE IT WHEN YOU CAN'T SLEEP

Off work today because I have to work Saturday and Sunday to oversee VFD Drive Updates.. So of course I can't flippin sleep.

You know, you stay up later watching PUNISHER on Netflix, climb into bed at midnight thirty and wake up around 3 am, mind racing.

So, I laid there for an hour not wanting to disturb Tracey's sleep, listening to the rain tink off the house as it stormed here in the metropolis of Climax plus 1 mile, also known as Pleasant Garden, Randolph County side. LOL

KEEP SILENT SERVICE: SUB SURFACE VOL 1:

Today is the day the professional cover designer has to present me with 3 cover art choices for the KEEP SILENT SERVICE book. I can't wait to see what they come up with so I can update the cover on Amazon. I'm going to post it online and ask for thoughts on the 3 choices they present. I hope you'll give your opinion.

LETHAL INTENTIONS: SUB SURFACE VOL 2

I am basically done writing the book. I need to clean up some spots, do some editing (thankfully Liam Murphy is my hero and has done a lot to help with making sure everything is consistent. You learn a lot after your first book), and prepare the book through the Kindle Direct Publishing tools. Then, it will await the cover art that the incredible artist Terry Locke will hopefully be able to create for me.

Several exciting things going on right now.

1) Gun Raffle. We are raffling off two guns, an AR-15 provided by Carolina Guns and Gear and a GLOCK-19.

Raffle tickets are $10. Two winners will be drawn on June 1st at an event at Carolina Guns and Gear's Asheboro store. We'll be selling food in the parking lot, as well as drawing for the gun at 5:30 pm.

2) BBQ Plate Dinner:

We'll be hosting a BIG DAWGZ BBQ Plate Dinner at Buddy's Bar and Saloon on 09 February. Plate dinners are $8 per plate and will be served at 6PM until we're either out of BBQ or they toss us out. LOL

3) Fundraiser Ideas:

So, we continue to look for ways to grow the fund through partnerships with other groups. If you know Tracey and I, you know we have gone to Carolina Rebellion every year. Rebellion Year-1 is why I met Tracey.

Anyway, we are in a group for the fans of the new Rebellion, now called Epicenter Festival and now in Rockingham.

FEVER 333

We will be joining a group of fans trying to plan a "FLASH MOB" type event that involves people dressing in Superhero Costumes and hopefully carrying blow up guitars. It will happen during the FEVER 333 set and I envision people breaking out these blow up guitars, inflating them, and moshing around in their costumes. The organizers have agreed to let us sell the Blow Up Guitars for $5 to everyone to grow the scholarship fund.. It could be huge..
